Privacy Policy.

Last updated June 29, 2026

Prova is a creative-intelligence platform for direct-to-consumer brands and the agencies that serve them. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run the product, and we never sell your data.

Who we are

“Prova” (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Prova platform and related services. This policy applies to the Prova web application and any service that links to it. If you connect Prova to a third-party advertising platform, that platform’s own privacy policy also governs how it handles your data.

Information we collect

  • Account information. When you are invited to a workspace, our authentication provider collects your name, email address, and organization membership so we can sign you in and associate you with your workspace.
  • Workspace content. Information you and your team create or upload in the product — creative briefs, ad copy, uploaded creative assets, settings, brand details, and similar working data.
  • Connected advertising data. Only with your explicit authorization, and only for accounts you own or manage, we read campaign, ad, creative, and performance data (such as spend, impressions, reach, clicks, and conversions) from advertising platforms you connect. This access is read-only.
  • Usage and technical data. Standard logs and diagnostic information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed) generated when you use the product, used to keep the service reliable and secure.

How we use your information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Prova platform and its features.
  • To generate the analyses, briefs, forecasts, and recommendations that are the core of the product.
  • To authenticate you, secure your workspace, and prevent abuse.
  • To communicate with you about your account, including transactional email.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information or your connected advertising data, and we do not use it for advertising to you.

AI processing

Some Prova features use large language models to analyze your workspace content and connected data and produce written output. When you invoke an AI feature, the relevant content is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate that result. Our provider processes the content to return the result and does not use it to train its models. AI output is generated automatically and may contain errors — review it before relying on it.

Connected advertising platforms

When you connect an advertising platform such as Meta, you authorize Prova to access the ad accounts you select through that platform’s standard consent flow. We use this access solely to read performance and creative data and present it back to you inside Prova. We do not create, edit, pause, or delete your campaigns, ads, or budgets. You can revoke Prova’s access at any time from the platform’s settings or by disconnecting the integration inside Prova; revoking access stops further data collection.

How we share information

We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf to operate Prova, under contracts that require appropriate protection. These include providers for authentication, database and application hosting, AI processing, transactional email, background job processing, and consumer-trend data. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Prova and its users. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your workspace is active or as needed to provide the service. When a workspace is closed, or upon a valid deletion request, we delete or de-identify the associated data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to meet a legal obligation.

Your rights and data deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw any connected-platform authorization at any time. To delete your data: disconnect any connected advertising platforms from Prova’s integrations page, then email corey@prova.co with the subject “Data Deletion” from the email address associated with your account. We will confirm and process the deletion of your workspace and personal data, subject to any legal retention requirements.

Security

We protect your data with industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit and encryption of stored third-party access tokens. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information and to limit access to it on a need-to-know basis.

Cookies

Prova uses only the essential cookies required to keep you signed in and to operate the application securely. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

International users

Prova is operated from the United States, and your information may be processed there and in other countries where our service providers operate. By using Prova, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations.

Children

Prova is a business tool intended for users 18 and older. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of Prova after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
